5.Sione shared out his cards with his friends. He had 54 cards and shared the between 5 friends. How many did each friend get.

4. There were 5 paddocks and each had 42 sheep in them? How many sheep were there altogether? 5+42=47
5+40=45

2+45=47

1. In a survey 198 households had no internet and 38 did. How many households were in the survey? 198+38=236
190+30=210
8+8=16
210+16=226

+ 9 to the 210 and that will = 236

Maths week 6 hard one

The shop is selling jandals for $9 a pair.  They have sold $486 worth of jandals so far. How
many pairs have they sold? Answer: 9 x 50 = 450 + 9 x 4 =36 = 486 that ealue 54

What in the world is going on ?

I get up at 8:00 and get ready and put my uniform on then I have breakfast. My mum has to do my hair I go get my lunch ready for school Then I walk to school at 8:15 with my cousins there names are Bailee and Val.

I go off in the sunny morning and meet my friends at school. Then we have to sing a Maori song in the morning and our mihi.

I went to Room 22 to  do my work and I always sit next to Frankie and Lorenzo We always play touch or hand ball in morning tea. after lunch we have to do  xtra maths and maths whizz I like going on the computer and doing my art work on the computer.

We have Maori on Tuesday so that's means we have to go miss T after lunch on Tuesdays when its 3:00 we go home.

 Sam’s team has scored 398 points this season. Last year they scored 256 points. How many have they scored over the 2 seasons?  398+256=654  300+200=500  98+56=154 500+154=654
