At Motat

On Wednesday we went to Motat I went in the tactile dome, with my friend Isara. We were in group’s of 5 but we lost my 2 friends in the tactile dome. We had to climb down and slide. It felt  fuzzy. 

When we were finished we went to the mirror maze. My teacher got stuck so I showed her the way out. 

After that we went to the games arcade and I played pac man. It was fun. I got up to level 2 and we had 3 lives .

After morning tea we went in a room to learn about the olden days.

I liked the tooth paste squeezer invention because it saved some tooth paste.

Waterfall

I like the water fall. It is cool because it looks like caramel chocolate. I felt like I wanted to have a little bite . I liked the golden rocks they are very shiny .
The water looks good to swim in but I would have to check the water for rocks and crocodiles. The sky look’s like smoke.

Tasting popcorn

First of all we tasted the sugared one and it didn’t have any taste in it. It was yuck and a little yum.
The salted one was yummy and nice it needed a little butter or oil. We put in the sugar while the popcorn was in there. It tasted like plain popcorn when we tasted the sugared one.

Camp

On Thursday I went to Skateland with Mr Somerville, it was fun. We went to play squash but it was closed and so we went for a walk around the basin with Mr. Barks. I had fun climbing the tree with Brodie. All of us had fun jumping off the wall onto the sand. I went to squash. I played with my friends Wyatt and Jacob. Jacob won all the games. My group’s name was called Fully Charged. I slept in the tent with my friend Isara. When I went to Swimarama. I went on the hydroslide, it was all dark. It was fun I played “how low can you go”. I went to camp cooking with Mr Somerville. It was fun. I watched a movie called ‘Despicable Me’. I went to the camp concert. My group came 4th and the All Stars won.

The picnic

On Friday I went to the school picnic down at the Reserve. I made a sandcastle with my friend. I found some crabs and put them inside our sandcastle. I found a shrimp.
My favourite part was playing with the clay down at the beach, I rolled the clay into big balls. I was exhausted after the picnic.

Japans Tsunami

In Japan there was an Earthquake and a Tsunami. There were fires and smoke there were big waves. Lots of people died. The Earthquake was 8. 9 on the richter scale.

Hi my name is Logan, my family comes from a place could Kaihu, North of Dargaville. I was born there. I have two brothers. My oldest brother’s name is Kaynen and he is 12. My youngest brother is Joshua, he is 5.

I like playing rugby at Pakuranga. I am good at rugby. I want to be a rugby league player like Manu Vatuvai. I like playing games with my friends. I have to do the dishes at home. I am eight years, my birthday is in March.
